Here’s another quick Roundabout poem about a pet peeve of mine that I’d like to share with you all. Without further ado, here’s People Who can’t Think for Themselves. Enjoy!
People Who Can’t Think for Themselves
September 26, 2013
People who can’t think for themselves rile me up
To the point where I think they need a slap.
They don’t use their brains,
And it drives me insane
When their idiocy falls into my lap,
And I just get so sick of all their crap
‘Cause dealing with them’s just a pain.
They believe what they’re told,
Even by liars bold,
And I question if they’re even sane.
They accept opinions as facts, much to others’ pain,
They obsess over things ‘til they’re old,
And like yapping pups,
They just won’t shut up
About their beliefs, they’re so bold.
All in all, dealing with such fools gets old,
Especially since they don’t give up
Feeding us their crap,
Giving humans a bad rap,
And of them, I’ve just had enough.
Well, this hereby concludes this week’s “Poem of the Week.” Thank you all for stopping by, and feel free to stop on by again next week. Also, be sure to stop by my author pages at Smashwords.com, Amazon.com, and Amazon.co.uk to see what I have available for holiday shopping this year, and until we meet again, happy reading!
